Creative Drama is an integrative process that develops imaginative thought and creative expression in children. Through the use of movement, pantomime, improvisation, story dramatization, and group discussion, children acquire language and communication skills, social awareness, problem-solving skills, self-concept enhancement, and an understanding of theatre. Rather than an attempt to train child actors, the goal of Creative Drama is to guide the child to self-fulfillment through the use of theatre techniques. Reading ability is not required. Enrollment limited to 12 students.
Acting 1 (ages 7-11) – 11:45am – 1:15pm – Tuition $180*

Students will perform 1-2 minute prepared monologues in showcase!
Acting 2 is a flexible acting class for teenagers and advanced students. Its structure is flexible depending on the abilities and experiences of the students.
